Experience Frontenac Provincial Park with all the comforts of home. 

Well kept ranch style cottage overlooking Devil Lake with a one of kind private lake view, a beautifully clean and very deep spring fed lake just a 15 minute drive outside of Westport, Ontario, Canada. Located 45 mins North of Kingston, Devil Lake offers some of the best fishing in the area including pike, large and small-mouth bass and even Lake Trout.

        Our cottage offers:

1. Grand view overlooking lake and Frontenac Provincial Park

2. 420+ ft undisturbed shoreline, deep water and sandy walk in beach for easy swimming

3. Gradual decline from cottage to dock/beach (no stairs) 

4. Very private 1.5 acre lot with "no neighbor view" 

5. 3 bedrooms- 2 Queen size beds, 2 single beds(bunk), 1 pull out futon

6. Sleeps 8 (6 in rooms, 1 pull-out couch)

7. 2 Full Bathrooms- 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub

8. Full functioning kitchen with full stove/oven and large fridge

9. Washer and Dryer & Additional Fridge in basement

10. Flat screen TV with DVD and dish (CD player)

11. Knotty pine large sitting porch with large dinner table 

12. 16 ft Old Town 2 person kayak, 2 - 10ft. Old Town single kayaks

13. Private Boat Launch short distance from property

14. BBQ (New) large 3 burner gas grill with side burner

15. Fireplace with wood burning stove insert, plenty of heat for spring & fall

16. Duvets and covers provided, please bring your own towels and bed sheets ( 2 Queens, 2 Singles)
